With 2 CNC vertical machining centers we are able to handle parts
with machining area up to
40" x 20"!
Overview:
Our Kryle 500B VMC is smaller and fast for speed and accuracy for
milling as well as hole patterns and special contours. Our Fadal
VMC 4020 HT, has a higher column for more capacity, and a high speed
spindle that is chilled to maintain accuracy at those high (up to
10,000 rpm) spindle speeds. This machine is a real work horse, and
also has a 4th axis rotary table.
Hole patterns, milled pockets, and special forms are no problem
with the VMC's at Atlas Gear Company. Another way of keeping control
of our work in process to meet demanding deliveries.
